Privacy Policy (summary)

CHEKSTE is a real estate deal analysis tool operated by Digital Solutions Consulting LLC (“DIGISCON”), a Michigan limited liability company, for users in the United States who are at least 18 years old.

Google sign-in. We request only the openid, email and profile scopes: your email address, basic profile information (name, profile picture) and a Google account identifier. We request no offline access and receive no refresh token. We cannot read your Gmail, Drive, Calendar or Contacts.
What we collect. Property addresses and details you analyze, saved deals and criteria, usage counts, subscription metadata, and messages you send us. Payment card numbers are handled directly by Stripe and never reach us.
Who we share it with. Google (sign-in), Stripe (payments), RentCast (property and rent data), Mapbox (geocoding — the address you analyze is sent to resolve its coordinates), and Resend (transactional email). Each processes data under its own privacy policy.
We do not sell your personal information. California residents may request access or deletion under the CCPA.

Terms of Service (summary)

CHEKSTE is provided for informational purposes only and does not give financial, legal, tax or investment advice. All analyses, valuations and recommendations are estimates built from your inputs and third-party data — they are estimates, not appraisals, and you are responsible for verifying them and for your own decisions. Paid plans bill monthly through Stripe and can be cancelled at any time, with access continuing to the end of the paid period. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan.
